Apply for the 2027 Retreat

A $500 deposit reserves your spot once your application is accepted. Nothing is owed before then. Deposits and payments are non refundable, except that if you cancel and we are able to fill your spot with another accepted applicant, we refund what you paid. If we cancel the retreat, you are refunded in full. Fifty percent of your remaining balance is due roughly seven weeks before departure and the final balance roughly four weeks before departure, with exact dates confirmed once the 2027 dates are announced. The $300 early registration discount requires your deposit to reach us before December 31, 2026.

Retreat Release and Agreement for Peru Retreat

Dates of Retreats: Summer 2027, Heart Path and Fire Path. Exact dates to be announced and confirmed to Participant in writing.

I (hereafter referred to as "Participant"), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Peru Retreat (hereafter referred to as "Retreat") organized by Hamid Jabbar PLC and its owner, Hamid Jabbar, and Miguel Mendiburu, (hereafter collectively referred to as "Organizer").

Risk Acknowledgement. Participant acknowledges that participating in the Retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of accidents, injuries, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal property, that may be caused by the actions or inactions of other participants, third parties, or the Organizer, or by other factors beyond the control of the Organizer. Participant understands that such risks may be heightened by travel to foreign countries, including risks related to acts of government or war, or protests, and by activity at high altitude.

Release and Waiver of Liability. Participant hereby releases and forever discharges the Organizer and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) that may arise out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Retreat, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, illness, loss of income, or death, or for loss or damage to personal property. This release and waiver of liability applies regardless of the cause of such claims or losses, including negligence or other fault of any of the Releasees.

Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) that may arise out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Retreat, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties related to Participant's actions or omissions. This includes Participant's damage to property.

Medical Disclosure. Participant represents that the health, medication, and mental health information provided in this application is complete and accurate to the best of Participant's knowledge, and agrees to notify Organizer promptly in writing of any material change before departure. Participant understands that Organizer is not a licensed medical or mental health provider, that nothing offered in connection with the Retreat is medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice, and that Organizer may decline or withdraw Participant's participation at any time if Organizer believes participation would be unsafe.

Medical and Travel Insurance. Organizer does not provide, arrange, or require medical or travel insurance. Organizer recommends that Participant obtain coverage adequate for international travel at high altitude, including emergency evacuation, and Participant acknowledges that any decision to travel without such coverage is Participant's own. Participant agrees that the Organizer is not responsible for any medical, evacuation, or other costs incurred by Participant in connection with the Retreat.

Retreat payments and deposits. Participant acknowledges that all deposits and payments are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the Retreat by Organizer. In the event Participant cancels after submitting a deposit and/or payments, Organizer will refund Participant's payments if Organizer is able to replace Participant's spot with another qualified participant. Organizer does retain the right to cancel the Retreat and, if Organizer exercises this right, Organizer will refund all monies paid by Participant. In no event will Organizer be liable for any amounts beyond those paid by Participant, including for example, losses related to cancelled flights or costs incurred during preparation. Any early registration discount is conditioned on Participant's deposit being received before December 31, 2026.

Application. Participant understands that submission of this application does not reserve a place in the Retreat and creates no obligation to pay. A place is held only after Organizer accepts Participant and Participant's deposit is received. The terms of this agreement apply from the date of submission and continue to apply if Participant is accepted.

Media. Participant grants Organizer permission to use photographs and video in which Participant appears, taken outside of ceremony, for documentation and promotional purposes, unless Participant notifies Organizer in writing that permission is withheld. No recording of any kind takes place during ceremony.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof.

Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and the Organizer and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
