Offerings

Four ways to work with me, and how to tell which one you need.

This page is the map, not the sales pitch. Everything I offer is here, what it costs, and an honest note about who each one is actually for. If reading is not your preference, book the clarity call and we will sort it out in thirty minutes.

The offerings

What is on the table

Each one has its own page with the full detail. Nothing here is a package and nothing requires the others. Most people start with one and add another later, or never.
Hair tissue mineral analysis

HTMA

From $125
A hair sample, analyzed by Trace Elements, showing roughly three months of what your body has been doing with minerals. Order it alone, or with an hour of my time to read it with you.
Root Cause Protocol

Mineral Balancing

$350, ninety minutes
The session that ends with a plan. Your blood panel and your hair read together, and a version of the protocol built around your life. This is the one that includes recommendations.
Blood work

Lab Testing

You pay Request-A-Test directly

The Full Monty is the eleven marker panel the Root Cause Protocol runs on. You order it yourself and get drawn at Quest or Labcorp. Your payment goes to Request-A-Test and never passes through me.

Preparation and integration

Plant Medicine Integration

By arrangement
Support before a journey and, more importantly, after one. Insight fades fast without something to hold it. Minerals belong in that conversation, because a depleted nervous system integrates badly.
Still deciding

Which one you probably want

Three sentences each. Find the one that sounds like you.

You want to see something

Your blood work keeps coming back normal and you are tired anyway. Start with the HTMA. It is the cheapest way to get real data in front of you, and the sixty minute reading is where most people find their first useful answer.

You want a plan

You have done the reading, maybe some testing, and now you want someone to tell you what to actually do on Monday morning. Get the Full Monty drawn, then book the ninety minute consultation. That is the session with recommendations in it.

You just came back from something big

A ceremony, a retreat, an experience that rearranged things. You do not need a lab test to start. You need somewhere to put it. Integration work first, and we can look at minerals when the ground is steadier.
If none of those fit, that is what the clarity call is for. Thirty minutes, $45, and I will tell you plainly if I am not the right person for what you are carrying.
In other people's words

What people say afterwards

These come from retreat clients, because that is where my written feedback has come from so far. Consultation clients are next on the list to ask.

Pricing

Everything, with the numbers attached

All prices in US dollars. Nothing is a subscription and nothing auto renews. HTMA kit prices below include the laboratory fees.

Testing and reading

Ordered from the HTMA page.

HTMA, lab results only

$125. The test and the full data set, yours to keep. Add my reading any time.

HTMA plus my reading

$275. Sixty minutes together, every mineral and ratio explained. Step up to the ninety minute consultation whenever you want the protocol built.

HTMA plus the lab's written report

$245. The Trace Elements report with their own supplement recommendations. Traditional nutritional mineral balancing rather than the Root Cause Protocol, offered as a window into how that camp reads the same hair.

Full Monty blood panel

Paid to Request A Test. Ordered through the lab testing page. They set the price, your payment never passes through me, and their link is an affiliate link that pays me a commission.

Working together

Booked through Calendly.

Clarity call

$45, thirty minutes. You tell me what is going on. I tell you which route makes sense and whether I am the right person. The fee keeps the calendar honest. Email me if it is a barrier and I will waive it.

Mineral Balancing consultation

$350, ninety minutes. Blood and hair reviewed together, with the recording, written notes and recommendations customized to you.

Follow up call

$150, sixty minutes. For adjusting course once you have been running the protocol a while, or after a retest.

Ongoing support

By arrangement. Some people want a steady hand rather than single sessions. We build it to fit, so ask.
Tests, consultations and written reports are not refundable once purchased. Kits and submittal forms stay valid for a year, so there is no rush to collect your sample.
How I work

What you are paying for

Judgement, mostly. Anyone can send hair to a lab and print the graph.
Before you book

What to have ready

Send me a note first if you would like to check the fit and I will answer you myself.

Also

Not everything I do is a consultation

Two other things worth knowing about, neither of them booked from this page.

Retreat to the Sacred Valley

Huachuma ceremony and mountain work in Peru, held with my teacher in the valley outside Cusco. A different kind of undertaking than a video call, and the mineral work often follows it rather than the other way round.

Reading and listening

I write about minerals, plant medicine and the places they meet, and I co-host a podcast on the same ground. Both are open to anyone, and a fair way to work out whether you want to hear more from me before you pay for anything.

Start with thirty minutes.

No obligation and no pitch at the end. You tell me what has been going on and I tell you which of these is worth your money, including the possibility that none of it is. That conversation usually makes the rest of this page obvious. It costs $45 because an unpaid calendar fills up with people who do not show up. If the fee is what is stopping you, email me and ask, and I will waive it.
More about who I am and how I got here on the about page.
