How It Works From Canada

You order the test here.

You give the laboratory a few details, and its form comes back to you by email, signed, with a one page instruction sheet.

You post your hair in a small envelope to Trace Elements, Inc. in Texas, licensed since 1984.

Your results come by email two to four weeks after the laboratory receives your sample.

What the hair test shows

Before You Order

Do I need a doctor's requisition?

Not to order here. Hamid Jabbar signs the laboratory's form as your practitioner.

Does the laboratory take samples from Canada?

Yes. Canadian clients mail their samples to Trace Elements in Texas.

What does it cost in Canadian dollars?

The test on its own is $125 US, about $175 Canadian. With the hour with Hamid, $275 US, about $385 Canadian. Your card is charged in US dollars and your bank converts it. Every option is on the hair test page.

My card was declined. What now?

Some banks stop a first charge from a business in another country. Approve it in your bank's app, or call the number on your card, then try again.

How do I mail my sample from Canada?

Post it as a letter with Canada Post, or send it by FedEx or UPS. Your instruction sheet has the address for each. The postage is yours.

How long until I get results?

Two to four weeks after the laboratory receives your sample, plus the time your envelope takes to reach Texas.

How much hair do I need?

A tablespoon from the back of the head, the first inch and a half.

I already have a hair test from a Canadian laboratory. Can you read it?

Often yes, when that laboratory follows the same protocols. Email [email protected].

The hour with Hamid comes after your results.
