International Sample Submission

Since you're located outside the United States, we won't mail you a physical collection kit. Instead, once your order is received we'll send you the laboratory's submittal form along with instructions for collecting your hair sample. You will need a small envelope to collect and hold your sample, and you will be responsible for mailing your sample directly to Trace Elements, Inc. in Texas, at your own expense. Please note: the laboratory will reject any sample mailed from the following countries, due to exclusive distribution agreements in those regions: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Colombia, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Qatar, Scotland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UAE.

Information you submit is not protected health information. The biographical and sample information you provide is collected solely to process your order and to enable the laboratory to run and interpret your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. Refunds. All sales are final. There are no refunds for test kits that go unused, are lost in transit, or are rejected by the laboratory for any reason, including improper collection, insufficient sample quantity, or shipment from a country the laboratory cannot accept. There are no refunds for consultations once purchased.

Consultations must be used within 90 days. Any consultation purchased through this website must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the date of this order. Consultations not scheduled and completed within that period are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or subject to extension.

Communications. You consent to receive email from us regarding your order, as well as other communications from us. You may unsubscribe from non-order communications at any time.

Your card is processed securely by Stripe. As soon as your order goes through you will get a confirmation email telling you exactly what happens next.
