This page covers three things. How you may use this site, what the work here is and what it can do for you, and what happens to the information you give me. It applies to mineralshaman.com and to every service booked through it, including bookings you complete on Calendly.

Everything on this site is education. Text, images, articles, podcasts, videos and anything discussed in a session is information, and it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I am not a physician, a licensed dietitian or a licensed mental health provider. Talk with a qualified provider about any medical condition, any medication and any change you are considering. Keep your own doctor in the loop, and get emergency care when you need it.
Blood panels and hair tissue mineral analysis are directional. They point. They do not decide. I read them alongside your history and what you notice in your own body, and I hand the reading back to you so you can use it. Results carry error, and two laboratories can report the same sample differently. Treat any interpretation here as one input among several, and let your own experience and your provider carry weight alongside it.
Information on this site about plant medicines and psychedelics is educational. Some of these substances are controlled in the United States and in other countries. Ceremony happens only where the work is lawful. Integration work offered from Arizona is conversation about experiences you have already had. Photographs showing ceremonial use were taken where that use is lawful, or are stock images. Nothing here supplies a controlled substance or asks you to act against the law where you live.
Testimonials on this site are real and come from people who did the work. They describe what those people experienced. Your health, your history and your effort are your own, so treat them as accounts rather than a forecast. No outcome is guaranteed.

The testing service I send people to for blood work. They are a broker rather than a laboratory, and they contract with Quest and Labcorp to draw and run the panels. You pay Request A Test directly. Their links here are affiliate links and they pay me a commission on the order.

Using this site means you accept these terms. MineralShaman™ is a tradename of Hamid Jabbar PLC, an Arizona Professional Limited Liability Company. Hamid Jabbar PLC owns and operates this site and is the contracting party for every service sold through it. On this page, I, me and we mean Hamid Jabbar PLC, and you means you.
Huachuma Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with its own site at huachumafoundation.org. Huachuma Works LLC is wholly owned by Huachuma Foundation, Inc. I founded the Foundation and serve as its director. Neither organization owns or operates this site, and neither is a party to these terms. Retreats booked here contribute to the Foundation’s cactus preservation work in the Sacred Valley.
Everything on this site belongs to Hamid Jabbar PLC or appears with permission. Read it, quote a short passage with attribution and a link, and share the links freely. Write to me for anything beyond that, including republishing, translation, use in a course or a product, and use as training data for a model. I say yes more often than people expect. MineralShaman™, the logo and the marks on this site belong to Hamid Jabbar PLC.
Intake forms, applications, questions and testimonials you send become material I use to serve you. A testimonial submitted through the site carries your permission to publish it with your first name and last initial, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to hello@mineralshaman.com. Send only material you have the right to send.
This site and everything sold on it is for adults 18 and over. Write to me directly to discuss work involving anyone younger.
This site links to laboratories, booking tools, podcasts and other people’s writing. Those sites run under their own terms and their own privacy policies, so read them. I choose the links carefully and I keep responsibility for what happens here.
Scheduling links here take you to calendly.com, which is a separate company running its own service. Calendly’s terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that site, and this page applies to the work you book. Calendly passes me your name, email, the time you chose and anything you write in the booking notes. Write to me at hello@mineralshaman.com if you would rather arrange a time by email and skip the booking tool.
Sessions are paid in advance. Stripe processes card payments and holds the card details, so your full card number never reaches me. Prices are in US dollars and this site carries the current ones.
Move any call by giving at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule is included, and the new time falls within 45 days. Ask me if you need a second move or a longer window and we will work it out. This covers the Clarity call and every other call.
A change made inside 24 hours, and a call nobody arrives for, are forfeited. That time was held for you and cannot be resold. Write to me if something serious happened and I will look at it.
A refund is a courtesy, and I give them where they are deserved. Payment processing fees stay with the processor whether or not the session happens, so a refund covers the amount I actually received.
Kits are paid in advance and are final once ordered. A kit lost on its way to you is replaced at no charge, one time. Once you send your sample to the laboratory, that shipment is yours to track, so use a service you trust and keep the tracking number. A package lost on that leg is a claim with the carrier. If the laboratory rejects a sample, I will show you how to collect a correct one.
Blood panels ordered through the links here are paid to Request A Test, not to me, and Request A Test pays me an affiliate commission on the order. HTMA kits are a product I sell at retail, the same price any other seller of that kit charges, and that price covers the laboratory’s processing of your sample. I sell no supplements. Everything else you pay me is for my time and my reading.
This site is provided as it stands. I work to keep it accurate and available and I fix what I find. I make no warranty that it will run uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. Where Arizona law does not allow a warranty to be disclaimed, that warranty stands.
You decide what to do with the information here and with anything discussed in a session. That is the point of the work. It exists to leave you more capable of running your own health, your own consciousness and your own relationship with the Great Mystery, and that capability comes with the responsibility that goes with it.
To the extent Arizona law allows, total liability for any claim connected to this site or to a service bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for the service the claim arises from. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You agree to cover Hamid Jabbar PLC for claims arising from your misuse of this site, from material you send that you did not have the right to send, or from your breach of these terms.
Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona, and we each consent to that venue. There is no arbitration clause here and no class action waiver, because you should keep your day in court. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stands.
Peru retreats are governed by the retreat agreement presented and signed with the retreat application. Those terms cover the retreat. These terms cover the site.
Hamid Jabbar PLC controls the information collected here. The short version: I collect what the work needs, I keep it for as long as the work needs it, I hold health information in confidence, and I do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Name, email, phone and postal address when you order a kit. Health history, symptoms, medications and supplements when you fill in an intake form. Laboratory results you upload or the laboratory sends. Applications, testimonials and questions you send through a form. Stripe takes your card details and sends me a record of the transaction.
Server logs and IP addresses from the hosting platform. Analytics covering pages viewed, the site you arrived from and rough location at city level. The cookies described below. This group tells me how the site is doing rather than who you are.
Each one runs under its own privacy policy.
Intake information, laboratory results and session notes are held in confidence and stay between us unless you give written permission or the law requires disclosure. Hamid Jabbar PLC is not a HIPAA covered entity, since I bill no insurance and practice as no licensed healthcare provider. I hold your information to that standard anyway.
Client records stay in place while we are working together and for one year after that. Call recordings and notes on Google Meet are purged regularly to free space, so download anything you want to keep. Count on six months rather than a year. Newsletter records last until you unsubscribe. Financial records last as long as tax and accounting rules require.
I do not sell your personal information and I do not share it for cross context advertising, as California defines those terms. That has never happened here.
This site runs no blog comments and offers no user accounts, so there is no profile here holding your details. Everything reaches me through a form, an email or a booking.
WordPress sets a small number of cookies to run the site and remember settings. Google Analytics sets cookies that measure traffic and tell a repeat visit from a new one. StatCounter sets a similar counter cookie. Embedded content, such as a video or a booking widget, may set cookies from that provider.
Your browser controls cookies. Set it to refuse them or clear them, and this site keeps working, though a booking widget or an embedded video may behave differently. Google publishes a browser add on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
Pages here may embed video, audio or a booking widget. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that other site, and that provider may set its own cookies and record how you interact with it.
Ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hello@mineralshaman.com and I will answer within 30 days. I will confirm who you are first. Deletion covers everything except records I am required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Asking costs nothing and changes nothing about the service you receive.
The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what is collected, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. I do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it, and the request address above covers all of these rights.
This site is operated from Arizona and information is stored in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, I rely on your consent for the newsletter, on performance of our contract for the work you book, and on legitimate interest for site security and traffic measurement. You have the right to access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@mineralshaman.com. You may also raise a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
This site is for adults. I collect no information from anyone under 18 knowingly. Write to me if you believe a child has sent something and I will remove it.
The site runs over HTTPS. Stripe handles payments and card numbers never reach my systems. Access to forms and client records is limited to me. No system is perfect, and if a breach affects your information I will tell you promptly, as Arizona law requires.

This page is updated when the business changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. A material change gets a note in the newsletter.
