## Nobody at Home Can Hear It

The people you told have moved on. Nobody around you speaks the language of what happened, and you are carrying the whole of it on your own.

The insight is still true and your week looks the same. What you promised yourself up there has lapsed.

Integration is taking what you received and starting to act from it, the life choices that begin to feel in alignment.

## What Happens in the Hour

The hour opens wherever you are: what happened, in your own order, with nothing tidied first. Then it goes back to the parts you moved past quickly.

It looks at the body that took the trip, because fasting, heat and hours of emotion draw down magnesium and electrolytes fast. You leave with one or two specific things to do, and the recording if you want it.

## Before You Go

Why you are going, and what you hope it will change. Health and medications are covered before you sit, including when a question belongs with your physician.

Then the physical side: sleep, food, water and minerals, so you arrive with something in the tank.

Yes. Dark retreat, fasting, breathwork and spontaneous openings bring people here with the same questions.

You do. Hamid says what is common and where a tradition would place it.

Sessions run across time zones, and the calendar shows the open times in your own.

A day of notice moves it at no charge. After that it stands.
