## Before You Book

**Do I need labs?**

Yes, a Full Monty Iron Panel and a hair test, sent to (email address on the page) a week ahead. With a hair test alone, the [HTMA Review](https://www.mineralshaman.com/book/?s=htma-review) is the hour for it. With no labs yet, an [Integration session](https://www.mineralshaman.com/book/?s=integration-call-60) is the general hour, or [order your tests](https://www.mineralshaman.com/lab-testing/) first.

**How current do my labs need to be?**

Within about three months, and ideally within six weeks.

**Can I use labs from another practitioner?**

Yes, when they cover the same markers. Send them first to find out which are missing.

**Do you sell supplements?**
